Agreement
Net-Research-4u will research topics submitted by clients, on line through a variety of methods including search engines, directories and specialist software.
We will assist clients to refine and clarify the research questions and every effort will be made to conduct a comprehensive and thorough search.
All clients will be immediately notified of any changes to the original search project specifications.
The number of resources found will depend on the length of time clients agree to allot for each search. Materials recovered that match the clients research profile will be forwarded to the client in one of a number of ways; as links to the sites where the information was found [fastest], via email,[which takes longer] or for additional fees at cost supplied as hard copy [printed out] or on a disk - despatched by mail.
The initial consultation to ascertain the client's research needs is free.
Once a request to instigate a research project has been agreed a fee of £28.00 per hour will be charged.
Please note, no fees will accrue if the required information is not found.
Clients may cap the number of hours that the research project runs with half-hour increments accepted after the first hour.
Any other charges for extra services ie: printing disks and purchased documents including financial and company reports, postage & packing will be charged @ cost.
Net-Research-4u's account will be settled in full immediately both parties have agreed a satisfactory conclusion.

Net-Research-4u will carry out all searches in the quickest time possible.
Net-Research-4u is ready, willing and able to save you those two extremely valuable commodities, time and money.
Net-Research-4u is not liable to the clients of this service for the content or quality of the information located within internet web sites.
Net-Research-4u is not responsible to any person or organisation for any damages arising in any manner out of the use of the information and/or services supplied by Net-Research-4u.
The users acknowledge that they assume all risk and/or responsibility for any damage arising from the uses to which the information and/or services provided by Net-Research-4u is used.
